Tuition payment plans, also known as billing plans, allow families to spread the tuition payments over several months. In effect, these payment plans offer cash-flow assistance. Families of Faith Christian Academy utilizes FACTS to assist with tuition payment plans.
FACTS is the payment plan most widely used by private, faith-based, and public schools nationwide. Since 1986, FACTS has grown to serve more than 5,000 schools and have processed payments for more than two million families.
FACTS helps families like yours meet their financial obligations in a simple, convenient way that is completely confidential and secure. Because it is not a loan program, FACTS does not assess any interest or finance charges, and there is no credit check.
Schools using FACTS report that the FACTS service provides a better way for them to more efficiently manage the fee collection process while offering convenience to their families. In addition to collecting payments, FACTS provides schools with financial reports and helps schools control their costs so future fee increases are kept at the lowest possible level. This enables schools to focus on the quality of education all students receive.

Jupiter Grades is for students in Kindergarten through high school and gives parents a way to keep up with how their students are doing. Follow the link below to sign in. We offer services to the parents of enrolled preschool children before and after school. If you need to drop your preschool child off before school, or pick up after normal school hours, please talk to the school office for more information and click FORMS for the Pre-K Extended Care contract.
All K – 12th Grade FOFCA families are required to volunteer 15 hours a year, per child (Maximum hours required: 30 per family) Any hours not fulfilled will be billed at $10 per hour.
Pre-Schoolers: A required 7-hours for 1 session, 15 for both sessions, per child, volunteer commitment to FOFCA. Any hours not fulfilled will be billed at $10 per hour.
Volunteers can be parents, grandparents or other family member volunteering on your behalf. We have many opportunities to get your hours from helping out on field trips or in our lunch room to helping a teacher by reading with a child or running the score board during athletic events. Contact our office if you are in need of hours.
During the school year, the Tutoring Program is available for students struggling academically. The goal of Families of Faith Christian Academy is to keep you well-informed about your child’s academic progress so that together we can develop a plan to help a struggling student achieve success. You can monitor your child’s grades in each class through progress reports. You may contact your child’s teacher or the Dean of Students to discuss your child’s progress and/or the possibility of a tutor.
Many families car pool to reduce trips and save money. Check with the school office if you are interested in car pooling for more information.
We collect in October and February each year. As an incentive, we give a dress down day to those students who bring in 75 or more boxtops. www.boxtops4education.com
You can also help FOFCA when you shop online! Go to SCHOOL MALL and select Families of Faith Christian Academy as the school you will be supporting. SchoolMall.com is an online shopping mall where over 200 nationally known online stores have agreed to give a percentage of sales to K-12 schools. Most merchant contributions to our school will average 5%-10% but some go as high as 50% of sales! They also have discounted magazine subscriptions, gifts, and more!
We’re doing Market Day this year! Since 1975, Market Day has helped organizations raise more than $500 million for kids and communities. They offer nutritious and affordable groceries for families like yours and up to 20% of every purchase goes back to our school. It’s easy and convenient. Each year we have two uniform re-sales, one is in August during orientation and the other is usually in January. It’s a great way to sell your gently used uniforms for cash and get some “new” uniforms and Spirit Wear at a great price. We send out e-mails dates and info. as the sale draws near. In the meantime, hold onto those outgorwn uniforms.
